These high-precision stages have two-phase stepper motor with 2- and 1.25-micron resolutions, and as much as 80 millimeters per second of travel.
linear stages for motion control in aerospace, military, communications, semiconductor, and test applications.
The AQ140 series of linear stages are available off-the-shelf in travel lengths of 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1000 millimeters.
These high-precision stages can be ordered with a two-phase stepper motor with resolutions of 2 microns and 1.25 microns, and as much as 80 millimeters per second of travel.
Other options are a three-phase brushless servo motor or a DC servo motor each with a quadrature incremental optical encoder for higher resolutions. A stepper motor driven model with a quadrature incremental optical encoder for position verification also is available.

All stages have a 160 x160 millimeters table with a precision pattern of threaded holes for mounting tooling and a 4 millimeters per turn, precision 2 microns backlash lead screw. Black anodized aluminum construction, these stages can handle loads to 30 kg. These light, low profile stages can also be ordered in an XY configuration.
These compact linear stages can be integrated into new and existing systems and are available as complete plug-and-play systems with a fully compatible multi-axis controller. An optional brake also is available.
